Neighbor help

My third map, more quests bandits to get rid off and some more features. I am slowly getting it, this one I had to work around some functions as they stopped working after some time of editing, I read in the forum that this can happen when you by accident save an empty quest behavior. I also read that the QSB 3.9 Plus better is for RDO, so my next map I will try do in RDO. Hopefully all the functions will be working then.
